What Paperwork Do I Need?
For a reminder of all the relevant paperwork you may need to bring to us please take another look at our May Newsletter. It includes a list of items/documents that may be relevant to you and a help to us in processing your self-assessment.
Please note that we are not obligated to chase people individually to bring in their Self-Assessment paperwork.
Thank you in advance.
We Have a Request
Do you have any working MP3 players’, ipod’s or something similar that you are no longer using and don’t know what to do with it? If yes, please can you drop them in/send them to our team member Kris Rucker who is collecting them on behalf of a friend who is a music therapist.
Kris’ friend Carl visits care homes and uses music from various eras to cheer up many of the residents who find comfort and happiness in listening to music. This is a worthy cause to help with if you can
Here is a link to Carl’s post on Facebook for further information.

A New Addition to The Office
Due to our steady growth we realised that we needed more storage space and another filing cabinet just wasn’t going to be enough. We needed to go BIG!
After a bit of pondering, thinking, measuring and planning, Nicola decided we should have a very large storage cupboard. It would house all our archived files, stationery and ongoing work that we store for clients.
The EasyBooks Team would like to thank Jonathan Lewis for putting together the bespoke, purpose-built storage cupboard and bringing Nicola’s vision of a mass storage idea to life.
It is now is use and housing our small mountain of archived paperwork.
Plus, although it can’t be seen, we now also have a secure door fitted, unfortunately we can’t show you that for security reasons but trust us it looks great.
Please note: – If you do have any past paperwork at our office could you come and collect it as soon as possible, even though we do have more storage we may have to begin charging a rental fee for taking up valuable space in our newly built storage area.
We thank you in advance for your help on this matter.
