A Few Reminder Notices

Have you Changed Your Contact Details?

If you’ve changed any of your contact or personal details, please get in touch with us and let us know. It is vital that we have all contact details up to date. If we have the incorrect information for you, your company or your charity, this can result in a pause in our process system when we come to do any set of accounts for you.

You will also need to let HMRC know, especially if you’ve had a change of name or address. Please get in touch if you require any assistance with this. In some cases we can do the changes for you.

Has your company or charity address/name/contact details changed? Please get in touch with Companies House or the Charity Commissions to let them know. You will need to contact them and us too, if any of your Directors/Trustees have resigned or been newly appointed.

Do We Have Your Paperwork?

Our client paperwork cupboard is rather full at the moment, in fact it hasn’t been this full since the pandemic closed our office doors to the public.

Therefore, in the new year we will be having a good sort out and getting in touch with anybody who has their paperwork stored with us.

At this rate we’ll have to charge this paperwork rent, not really of course. But if we do get in touch with you about stored paperwork, please make every effort to come and collect it. Thank you
