Dropping Off Your Paperwork
Contactless Client Drop Off Service
Due to the current situation relating to COVID-19, all our staff are now working from home.
However, as the tax year end is once again upon us, we need to facilitate the receiving of paperwork whilst under the current government restrictions and we are aware that many of our clients will need to drop off their paperwork in hard-copy files.
For those clients needing to do so we have organised a ‘Contactless Drop Off Service.’
Book a Slot
To drop off your paperwork to us you will need to book a slot and to do so please use one of the following ways: –
- Ring the office on 01554 751032
- Text our mobile on 07484 096449
- Email your accounts manager or info@easy-books.com
With half hour intervals our drop off times are between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Don’t just turn up please, as this may result in us not complying with the current social distancing guidelines especially if two clients should arrive at once. We are keen to facilitate this process as safely as possible for both our staff and our clients.
Further Information
When you arrive at your designated time, the outer door will be unlocked and there is a box at the bottom of the stairs for you to leave you files and paperwork in.
Please call us when you are outside the building and we will immediately come to the hallway and take the papers into the office.
We will contact you in due course with any queries in the usual way.
Slots will be available until Friday, 1st May and will extend our timetable if the need arises.
Once we have clear guidelines on how to proceed with our ‘signing off’ process we will let you know.
We will be sorry not to meet many of you for a quick chat when you drop off your paperwork but see it to be essential to follow the current advice.
Cloud Accounting System
If you work on a cloud accounting system, once you have finalised your last transactions for the year end, please alert your client manager so they know to book the job in and retrieve the necessary reports. We will then contact you via email or phone if we require any further information from you
