We Are Making Further Changes
We Are Making Some Changes
We would like to give some further updates on our plans to now extend to stricter Government advice for social distancing.
We are reducing our face to face meetings with any potential new clients and current clients.
If you did have an appointment booked with us, we will get in touch with you and plan a telephone conversation or if you are comfortable, we can video call you instead.
Should we have a site visit planned we will be in touch about that also and make a plan with you for the best way forward.
Bringing In Your Paperwork
Additionally, in regard to dropping off your paperwork to the EasyBooks office, we now have a ‘drop off’ box at the top of the stairs for you to place your paperwork. Once you have done this you can either give a quick call, text, knock at the door, shout through the door even to just to let someone know that it is there. Please make sure your paperwork is clearly labelled with your name and/or company name.
Where Possible, please send your paperwork via the client portal, email or post. It could also be possible to scan some of your paperwork and send it in to us that way too.
Collecting Your Paperwork
If we have any paperwork that you need to come and collect, we will get in touch and once we know you are on your way we will put it in the ‘Pick Up’ box at the top of the stairs ready for you to collect. Again, you can call, text, knock the door, give shout out to let us know that you have collected your paperwork.
How Our Way of Working Is Changing
Due to the government advising us to social distance ourselves we have decided to place our staff on a rotation or shift work temporary basis. We have also decided to have some of our staff members work from home.
If you have any queries, please get in touch with your account manager by email and they will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
Consequently, due to these changes being put into place over the coming weeks, please can we ask you in advance to be patient as our team adapts to this alternative way of working.
We will continue checking the Government Guidelines and follow any necessary changes. We will also endeavour to inform you of any changes we make as result of any new guidelines.
To all our clients and associates. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any financial concerns. We are here to ease your concerns and offer any help we can. We are all in the same uncharted territory and together we can help each other weather the storm. Stay safe and hopefully virus free. The EasyBooks Team.
