We would like to wish you
Happy New Year
and we just wanted to say….
To all our clients and associates who have supported us throughout 2019,
It’s been a pleasure working for you and with you and we look forward to working with and seeing you all in 2020.
We hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The EasyBooks Team
Early Payroll in December – This has now passed.
If you have any queries regarding your December payroll please liaise directly with your payroll contact in January. Thank you.
Here are a few gentle reminders to take us into the new year.
- Our second EasyBooks deadline has now closed.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee your self-assessment will be completed on time.
- We are now in the process of prioritising clients who have already brought in their paperwork before the deadline.
- Please note that from Monday, 11th November any client who brings in their paperwork for us to complete there is a 20% additional charge to the total invoice.
Our average processing time is approximately two months from the date we receive your paperwork and depending what condition we receive it. If there are missing items that we need to chase up, this can delay the process time too.
Please note that we are not obligated to chase people individually to bring in their Self-Assessment paperwork.
Thank you for your understanding.
A New Team Member
We would like to give a BIG EasyBooks WELCOME to our newest team member
Calvin joined us in September this year as our newly appointed apprentice and he has already proven to be a great addition to our team.
While Calvin does his ‘hands on’ training in the office, he also attends College one day a week to study for his AAT qualification.
Outside of work Calvin is keen football fan and supports his local football team the Swans along with our national Welsh team.
