However, The EasyBooks Team Will Still Be Available and Working
Due to the new Welsh Government Plans for Wales to have a ‘firebreak’ we are unable to allow clients to come into the office building under any circumstance. Not even to drop off or pick up any paperwork.

Please be aware however, that most of our team will be working from home as of Monday, 26th October.

November Deadline – We’ve Changed The Date
If You are a Sole Trader, a Partner in a business, a Company Director or receive an income from a Rental property, this information applies to you and your 19/20 Self-Assessment.
Friday 13th November, 5 pm
You will be surprised how quickly 2 months will pass and as your accountant we need the minimum of 2 months to sort through all the paperwork, input the data and give it the final check over before it is submitted. You’ll also be surprised how many people think it can be done in 2 weeks! It can’t be done…don’t make us do that… we get upset.
So, set yourself that reminder for the new EasyBooks Deadline, Friday, 13th November (we will be overlooking the fact that it’s Friday 13th!) So cross out the old date and put in the new date on that wall calendar, in your diary, stick a note on the fridge/front door/the cat (actually not the cat), set that alarm too.
That’s good now there is no excuse to gather up that paper work, call to make a drop off appointment, (from 9th November onwards) pop it in the post or send it via the virtual cabinet in order to beat that deadline and escape that additional charge to your total Year End invoice.
Please please please, if you just need to talk to someone about your own situation, if you have any concerns or worries, we are happy to speak to you and will not be charging any fees for these calls.
Unfortunately, we may not have all the solutions or information that you need immediately but will do our very best to help you and advise as the information becomes available to us.
