2018/19 Self-Assessment Deadline
Friday, 8th November 2019, at 5 pm.
This is our final notice for the EasyBooks Deadline.
All your relevant paperwork and documents should be with us by this date.
Here are a few gentle reminders.
- If you bring in your paperwork after this deadline, we cannot guarantee your self-assessment will be completed on time.
- Due to our steady increase of clients, we will be prioritising those who have already brought in their paperwork before the deadline.
- There is already a 5% additional charge to the invoices of those who missed the July deadline, but it may be worth noting that from our next working day, Monday, 11th November there will be a 20% additional charge to the total invoice.
- Our average processing time is approximately two months from the date we receive your paperwork and depending what condition we receive it. If there are missing items that we need to chase up, this can delay the process time too.
Therefore, if you are a Company Director, receive an income from a rental property, a partner in a business or a Sole Trader, you need to gather all your 18/19 Self-Assessment paperwork together and bring it in to us personally, by post or use our secure portal.
We really do appreciate the time and effort it takes to gather the necessary paperwork and respond to our queries.
The EasyBooks team are nice and busy thanks to all those who have taken advantage
of our first deadline and have brought in their 18/19 paperwork.
If you need a reminder of all the relevant paperwork you may need to bring into us please take another look at our May Newsletter.
It includes a list of items/documents that may be relevant to you and a help to us in processing your self-assessment.
Please note that we are not obligated to chase people individually to bring in their Self-Assessment paperwork.
Thank you for your understanding.
Team News
Rebecca and Hannah Skydive for Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales
Hannah and Rebecca, our office manager, Charlotte Street’s daughters were raising money for Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales by performing a skydive, in September.
We’re pleased to say that they achieved the sky dive and raised a great deal of money for Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales.
If you gave a donation, I know Hannah and Rebecca plus all the staff, parents and children will be extremely thankful and that money will go towards providing specialised therapy and support for children and their families living with cerebral palsy.
If you would like to catch the video of their daring dismount from a plane and a perfect 10 landing, follow the link here.
EasyBooks Sponsors Rugby Team Kit
The EasyBooks Team have a few rugby fans in their midst but none more so than our Managing Director, Nicola Lewis. So, with that in mind Nicola decided to be one of the New Dock Stars Under 9’s sponsors for their new rugby team kit.
We must admit the team looks great in their new kit.
New Dock Stars RFC have over the years provided the Llanelli Scarlets numerous rugby players, the most famous being Phil May (former Welsh International and captain of the Scarlets). Similarly, Laurence Delaney prop forward again a former Welsh International. The Club proudly displays their jerseys and International Caps situated in show cases in the main rugby club room.
EasyBooks are now the proud sponsors of the kit for the Under 9’s New Dock Stars RFC. The core team have been together for 3 years, since they played for the clubs Under 7’s. You never know there may be future Scarlets players and even better, future Welsh Team players among them.
…and they were singing, hymns and arias, land of my father’s, ar hyd y nos.
The EasyBooks Logo looking good on
